Come Enjoy A Slice!

Our treat for the day. I had a ton of cake mix left over yesterday after making the small heart cakes so I baked the left over batter and then saved the cake to decorate today. I had planned to cover it with some left over fondant but have been having too much fun sculpting things out of it (pictures to come). So I just decided to frost it and make it look simple and cute. Doesn't it look pretty yummy!

and...
don't my kids have the yummiest cheeks! I just want to eat them up all the time!

These two keep me so busy during the day! Korver is starting to like to walk more- while holding mommy's hands of course, but he is starting to take steps by himself and his balance is simple amazing. He will stand for forever by himself! He is our little explorer lately. And he loves following Olivia around everywhere! Its so cute to watch her run and hide and then jump out- he laughs so hard! They are so cute together! Definitly brother and sister- if you couldn't tell by the way they looked:)

Here are both 9 month pics:

I'm Late!

Late with visiting teaching that is:) This month's V.T. message was on basically how important mothers are, and how important our job is to teach our kids the right ways. I made these for the ladies I teach- a heart fondant cake. The crown is cause we are queen of the house:) I am so greatful that I am the one that gets to teach my kids how they should live- along with my husband:)

Caught Blue/Orange Handed!

The downfall of buying cute clothes... Today Olivia found some markers...

Lets take a closer look...

Even though I am in love with baby gap and Target baby clothes, this is why I try and find cute clothes at kid to kid.- But it seems its always the clothes that I buy brand new from Target or name brand stores that get ruined. I am spot cleaning them right now so crossing fingers:)

Skirt- Target
Shirt- Baby Gap
Cardigan- Osh Kosh

Happy Presidents Day!

Be Happy!

This weekend we got to see Kasi, Brady and Kye. He is so cute! He is 7 months now. Im so glad Korver has a cousin close in age!

Sweet Olivia:)

The dress is from Baby Gap. We got it this past weekend. It was marked at 11.99 and then an extra 25 percent off. When I went to buy it I guess it was supposed to be marked at 21.99 but they still gave it to me for the 11.99 with the additional 25% off! Yay for deals! Its so soft and flowy and just so girly. I love it!

Another Haircut

So Korver has been kind of overdue for a haircut- well not really cause I was going for the sk8er look but it was so poofy in the back and then the middle was thinner and shorter and so I first attempted to just do a trim up to make it look more in a sk8er style and sorry but 9 month yr olds dont hold still. And so then I just decided to go with a mohawk. I just used #4 on the sides and back and still left it long on top but a little shorter going down the back of his head.
